C Results celebrates… Chai Tea Day!
September the 21st is national Chai Tea Day! So clearly, it makes sense that we celebrate it. Not only are we going to drink Chai Tea, we’ve decided to run a masterclass on how to make a traditional chai tea from the heart of Punjab, in India.
C Result’s Chris Hebbard delivering a masterclass on traditional Chai Tea makes about as much sense as Chopper Reid doing water aerobics (actually maybe that does make sense). Thankfully, we have a Punjabi Chai Tea guru working in-house as our Production Manager - Zippy Dhiman! Zippy is a C Results original, and although you may feel like Zippy is part of the furniture he grew up in Punjab, before moving to Australia for some peace and quiet away from his family. When he’s not ensuring our production team are running smoothly and on schedule, he’s a Chai Tea wizard who can comfortably put away 37 cups a day without blinking.
We asked (read stitched up) Zippy if he’d like to make a batch of his traditional Chai Tea for the team at C Results, to celebrate national Chai Tea Day. Being the gentleman that he is, he kindly obliged - and it was delicious! Check out our Chai Tea video with Zippy below, we’ve also included the full list of ingredients and a step by step process if you’d like to make it at home. Happy National Chai Tea Day!
