What is a print management platform? 

Traditionally print management software referred to the management of digital files for printing on the printing press. The software would handle the digital workflow from the graphic designer through to the production department, and then onto the printing machine itself. 

While this is still true for the most part, software has evolved to include online print management platforms with new functionality that provides clients with an easy system to store artwork files and manage future demand of regularly printed items, while having oversight of costs. Keeping everything centralised provides fast access for multiple team members, while eliminating the need for email as the communication channel for submitting and approving orders. 


In short, Online Print Management Software lets you or your team print your commonly used items, directly online as required, with instant oversight on printing costs.

The C Results Print Management Platform is a cloud based service provided to all our commercial clients for ease of ongoing management of commonly printed items. Our platform streamlines your printing needs into a centralised system that creates a highly efficient and convenient workflow. It also greatly eliminates the need for errors (missed emails, incorrect artwork files supplied) as the system is pre-set to your requirements on set-up. It is also fully customisable, you can add or remove just about any printed item you may need!

Free set-up, free to use, no contract 

We will handle all the setup requirements and upload your artwork files. Once ready to go, there are no ongoing fees. There is no lock in contract and you can leave the platform at any time. 

Cloud based

Hosted 100% online, you can access your client portal online at any time, and print your files from anywhere in the world.  

Upload any item

Any type of standardised item can be uploaded for printing. Marketing brochures, envelopes, pull up banners, corporate merchandise, etc. Additionally, custom printing such as signage or media backdrops can also be uploaded for future re-prints. 

Version management for digital artwork 

Each item has the latest version digital artwork file stored with it, so there is no risk of printing the incorrect file. You can also store previous versions of files, for example annual reports.

Set editable text fields 

Got an item that is regularly printed with new details, such as business cards? We will set these up for you with editable text fields. Once you have a new staff member ready for cards, simply log in and update the details as required.

All items are set up with your pricing applied, so you can see exactly how much a job is going to cost before you commit to printing. 

Print on demand service

Need new letterheads fast? Eliminate email trails for orders - simply log in to your account and submit an order. As soon as it is submitted we will begin scheduling to print.

Create individual accounts for your team to manage corporate printing requirements. 

Easy, fast and free to setup - How to get started 

At C Results we provide a full setup of our Online Print Management Platform to our clients, free of charge. We’ll also give your team a quick training course on how to use the system once it’s live and ready to go. There are no lock-in contracts, and you’re free to download any artwork files stored on the system whenever you require them. 

How the setup process works 

  1. We’ll do a full audit of all your digital files and provide you with a list of the items that will be uploaded to our platform 

  2. Once approved, we will upload all files, apply your pricing and set up any editable fields as required

  3. Once your platform is ready to go we’ll schedule a quick 30 minute training session to walk you and any team members through your client portal and the ordering process 

  4. Once training is complete you are good to go!

  5. We will continue to upload new future orders to your online portal as they come up so you can reprint as needed.
